Policies

With unexpected events that can happen in our ever changing lives such as: sickness, car trouble,emergency work meeting, child care issues or something else that may lead someone to need to cancel an appointment, we have placed the following policies to be fair to all.

• 24 hour advanced notice is required when canceling an appointment; if unable to give proper notice and I am unable to fill the time slot, you may be charged full amount of session fee.

• If you do not call or choose not to show for the appointment, there will be a full session fee charged for missing the appointment.

• If you arrive late to the appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the following appointments that day. You will still be responsible for full session payment.
